Questions about pre-orders
Can I play something now?
The free shareware is coming: the tutorial, skirmish and the first episode of the campaign, on every platform. If you have an old machine and want in sooner, see the testers program.
Which machines does the CD cover?
The CD-ROM carries the builds for every computer platform: DOS, Windows, Mac and Linux. The PlayStation 2 build needs a modded console and comes as a download.
Does the boxed edition include the download?
Yes. The serial in the box registers every version, on every machine you own. On the official online server it has one captain at sea at a time; on your own LAN there is no limit.
What do you keep about me?
Your email address, and for the box, where to post it. Nothing else. The privacy notice has the detail.
